Polestar began life racing Volvos in Sweden in the 2000s, before becoming Volvo’s official performance road car division in 2015. Now, it’s Volvo’s electric sister brand, with the Tesla Model 3-rivalling Polestar 2 mid-size sedan, set to be followed by three more models by 2025.
